How to Make Estimated PTET Payments Online
Arizona
In the Payment Type box, select “120/165ES: Estimated Payment”
In the Year Type box, select “Calendar”. Select Continue
You will now be asked to enter information about your business, including the name, EIN, address, the name of the corporate officer/ partner (the owner(s) of your business), etc.. Enter the information requested, and select Continue
You will now be prompted to select the payment method, amount, and settlement date (the date you want the funds withdrawn). Enter the information requested, and select Continue. Note that payments made with a credit card may be subject to additional fees.
You will not be prompted to enter your banking information. Enter this information, and select Continue.
Review and confirm that the information you’ve entered is correct, and then submit your payment. Be sure to save confirmation that your payment was made.
California
In the Entity Type box, select “Corporation” if your business is an S Corp, or “Partnership” if your business is a partnership
In the Entity ID box, enter your California ID number. For S Corps, this will be your CA Corp number. For partnerships, this will be your CA Secretary of State (SOS) number or your FTB Issued ID Number. Select Login
Enter your name in the boxed prompted, then select Continue.
From the options presented, select “Form 100, 100S, 100W, or 100X”, and select Continue
From the options presented, select “Pass-Through Entity Elective Tax (Form 3893)”, and select Continue
You will now be prompted to enter information about the payment. Enter this information, and select Continue
You will now be prompted to enter your banking information. Enter this information, and select Continue.
Review and confirm that the information you’ve entered is correct, and then submit your payment. Be sure to save confirmation that your payment was made.
